Overview

AMOUGA ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Sumo Bounce mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Sumo Bounce does not directly collect any personal information. The only data stored by the App is your high score, which is saved locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences and never transmitted to any server.

If you have opted in to advertising (see Advertising section below), our third-party advertising partner Google AdMob may collect certain non-personal device information as described below.

Advertising

Sumo Bounce may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to serve relevant ads. This may include:

• Device identifiers (Android Advertising ID)
• IP address (used to infer approximate location)
• App usage interactions for ad measurement
• Device type, OS version, and language settings

This data is collected and processed by Google LLC in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not have access to or control over this data.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time via your device settings: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.

Data Storage

All game data (your high score) is stored exclusively on your local device. It is not uploaded, synced, or shared with AMOUGA or any third party. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete this data.

Children's Privacy

Sumo Bounce is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove such information.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — advertising platform
• Google Play Services — app distribution and device services

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
